Our return and exchange policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. To ensure a great shopping experience, kindly note that Shehri do not offer refunds on purchases. We recommend checking our sizing guides or contacting us before you buy, if you have any questions.
We gladly accept return and exchange of unused items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. These items must be unwashed, undamaged and have their tags attached. You can initiate a return request through your registered Shehri account or contact our customer care team for assistance via email or WhatsApp.
Additionally, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received in a poor, broken, or damaged condition. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or the exchange of the received products.
Once we receive your returned items and they pass our quality check process, we will promptly issue them for exchange. Please allow up to 7-8 days for the return & exchange process to be completed. Any complaints reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
For international orders, we do not offer merchandise exchange or return. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and our representative will assist you accordingly.
Please be aware that there may be duties or taxes applicable when returning items to us, so it is important to contact our customer care before shipping anything back to us. We will not be responsible for any duties or taxes incurred due to return shipments.
We provide complimentary reverse pick-up services for all orders delivered within India. If you have placed your order using your registered account, you can easily initiate an exchange request by logging into your account on our website. Simply navigate to the ‘Order’ section, select the relevant order and click on ‘View details’ to raise an exchange request.
For guest users who placed an order without registering, please fill in the necessary details on the ‘Check Order’ page accessible through the provided link. Follow the prompts to request a return & exchange, selecting the items you wish to return and indicating the reason for the return from the provided list. Ensure that the product is unused and has its original tags intact before proceeding.
Once your return & exchange request is successfully submitted, a unique ‘Return ID’ will be generated along with details of the courier assigned for the reverse pick-up and our company name.
The return package will be picked up within 1-2 business days. Please verify the ‘Return ID‘ with the courier representative during pickup to ensure the smooth processing of your return.
Make a copy of the order/invoice sheet and highlight or circle the product/s you wish to return & exchange.
If possible, use the original delivery package to pack the item/s. Ensure that the product/s are unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and all tags are still attached.
Place the order/invoice sheet inside the package and ensure that the parcel is securely packed.
When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel to them. Once we receive the returned package, we will initiate the exchange process for the returned items.
Remember, return & exchange requests for online orders must be made within 15 days of order delivery.
